Cecilia H. Welsch

	Cecilia H. Welsch, age 98, of Pinckneyville, IL, died at 4:25 p.m., on Friday, January 30, 2004, in the Pinckneyville Community Hospital Skilled Care Unit.
	Cecilia was born in Percy, IL, on December 23, 1905, the daughter of Benjamin and Frances (Enzenauer) Rheinecker. She was united in marriage to Sylvester Hugo Welsch on May 15, 1928 in the St. Bruno Catholic Church in Pinckneyville, and he preceded her in death on March 27, 1993. Cecilia was a homemaker, a member of the St. Bruno Catholic Church of Pinckneyville, charter member of the Catholic Daughters of America. Cecilia was also a member of the St. Bruno Quilting Club, Home Bureau, and War Mothers.
	Survivors include four children: Dolores Kellerman, LaVina Kellerman and husband Edward, and Benjamin Welsch and wife Shirley, all of Pinckneyville, and Alveria Knatt of Apple Valley, CA, 19 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and 12 step-great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
	She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers: Armin and Kermit, two sons-in-law: Bert Kellerman and George Knatt, one grandson: Brad Knatt, and one great-grandson: Noel Kellerman.
	Funeral services were held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 3, 2004, at the St. Bruno Catholic Church in Pinckneyville, with Father Brian Barker officiating. Interment was in the St. Bruno Catholic Cemetery in Pinckneyville.
	Friends called at the Pyatt-Harrawood Funeral Home in Pinckneyville on Monday, February 2, 2004, from 6:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m., and on Tuesday, February 3, 2004, from 8:00 a.m. till 9:30 a.m. The Rosary Service was held on at 9:15 a.m. on Tuesday morning.
	Memorials may be made to the St. Bruno School or Masses or Pinckneyville Community Hospital Skilled Care Unit.
